I don't recommend it for those brand new to the Ribbon, because it may keep them from getting to know the Ribbon. For help getting users up-to-speed, start with the Interactive Command Reference Guides. Then, once you're comfortable with the Office 2007 environment, this tool can be a SUPERB timesaver.]</p>
