Also, please see the note in the post below about LiveMeeting 2005. If you haven't yet upgraded to LiveMeeting 2005 (it's free) - you will be prompted to do so when you go to log in to the webcast on Tuesday. So, please give yourself a few extra minutes to do that ... and to be sure that your audio is set up in time for the webcast to start. The producer will give you a call-in number if you have audio trouble ... just change your seat color in LiveMeeting to red and watch the Question and Answer panel for assistance.

Hi, Brian,
To do this, you need to format your document using Word's built-in heading styles along with outline numbering.
If your document is formatted in this way, you can use the 'Include Chapter Number' option under page number format.
To do this, on the View menu click Header and Footer to open the header and footer. On the Header and Footer toolbar that appears, click the Format Page Number button to open the Page Number Format dialog box. One of the options in that dialog box is Include Chapter Number. When you click it, the options you need will become available.
Hope that helps.
Best,
Stephanie
