Back in action ...
Hi, everyone! Well, I've been globe-trotting for work the past couple of weeks (actually, not globe-trotting, just Europe-trotting). Was in Barcelona for TechEd EMEA, which was a terrific experience ... and got to spend some quality time in Paris and London as well.
Back home in NY now and back to the routine ... I'll be super busy with work through the end of the year, so I don't know how much I'll be able to post here -- but I will answer your questions by email (using the Click to Contact link on this page), as always. ... and will always post about newly available online content and such.
I tried to keep up on user questions that I received while I was traveling, but I am concerned that I may have missed some during this trip (particularly those that came in as I was heading out on the trip (end of October)). So, if you sent me a request for help in the past couple of weeks that I didn't reply to, and you still need help ... please send it again. I will get back to you this week.
As always, I respond to every request for help, as long as it's polite. If I don't have an answer for you, I'll do my best to refer you to where you can find one...
