Hi, everyone, and happy new year! I apologize for the unnanounced hiatus from this blog that I took throughout December. My book schedule, along with projects due before the end of the year, had me working 7 days/week...and left no time for just about anything.
The schedule is still madness, but will begin to ease back to normal over the next couple of weeks, so i'll begin posting again with some 2007 release tips and tricks.
I'll also be headed out to MacWorld in San Francisco next week to present 'Creating Beautiful Documents with Office 2004' at the Microsoft space. If you'll be at MacWorld - stop by and check it out ... I'll be presenting several times each day of the show. I'll also be posting the sample documents from my presentation on this blog so that you can download and check them out for yourself.
This week is just about as crazy as the past couple of months have been ... so posting will be light. However, I will be updating and posting an article on managing metadata and hidden content in your 2007 release documents ... I'll get that up on this site by this coming weekend. Then, if you have specific questions or topics you'd like to see me cover ... please post a comment here to let me know. I have a list of my own topics I'd like to get to posting ... covering a range of subjects from customizing the Ribbon to working with list styles in Word ... so keep an eye out.
