TO ASK A QUESTION: If you have a question or need help with Office, please feel free to use the 'Click to Contact' link at the bottom of this page. You'll get a form that you can use to email a question to me. (I had been getting a ton of spam when accepting direct emails, so only emails that use this form will get through to me.)
Please be sure to mention the version of Office you are using when you send your question.
I answer all e-mails that I receive via this form, as long as they are polite :)
Since disabling comments on this site, I'm actually hearing from more of you with questions ... so, as it seems people prefer to email rather than comment, I'm going to leave comments disabled. As always, you can ask me any Office-related questions you have. If the question is outside of my expertise, I'll try to direct you to where you can get an answer.

Hi, Tim,
Outlook installation issues are not really my expertise. I could troubleshoot this with you - but you're much likely to get a quicker solution if you ask this question in the Microsoft Outlook discussion groups. The Discussion Groups home page is here: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx
You'll see Outlook in the left hand navigation pane and several choices under that heading, including one for Install and Configure.
If you don't find an answer there - feel free to post back here and I'll try to get you some help.
Best,
Stephanie

Stephanie, I am using the Publisher 2007 Beta and I can not get the mail merge for two to a page or four to a page postcards to merge correctly. The merge inserts the same name on all the postcards and also prints same name on each card. The postcards are on 8.5 X 11 size paper and the two to a page are 5.5 X 8.5. The four to a page are (4) 1/4 size on 8.5 X 11. I am using an excel spreadsheet for the list of names to be merged. Can you help me?

In word 2002 you could see the web address of a Word document in an address bar, copy the url and paste somewhere else. I do not see that in Word 2007, is there somewhere to turn that on?
